Explanatory notice on exercising the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L. 221-3 of the French Consumer Code and in accordance with the "Withdrawal" clause of our Terms and Conditions, if the subscription does not fall within the scope of your main business activity and you have five (5) or fewer employees, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without paying any penalty within fourteen (14) calendar days.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by sending us, before the expiry of the fourteen (14)-day withdrawal period, the attached withdrawal form duly completed by you. Any withdrawal request that is illegible, incomplete or out of time will not be processed and will not give rise to any refund. If the request is admissible, an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal will be sent to you without delay.
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your withdrawal request, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-24 of the French Consumer Code.
